Eggless Brownies

Chocolatey, fudgy super moist and soft brownies. The perfect weekend dessert. Bake these brownies and pair them with a scoop of ice cream and hot sizzling chocolate sauce. You’ll fall in love with them, just like we did!

Ingredients:

1 cup melted dark chocolate (I use Bournville 50% dark chocolate)

3/4 cup Melted Butter

1/2 cup + 3tbsp Milkmaid

3 tbsp Curd

2 tsp Vanilla Essence

2 cup Flour (Maida)

1/2 cup Baking Soda

1 tsp Baking Powder

Method:

 1. In a deep bowl combine Milkmaid and butter and mix well.

 2. Now add curd and vanilla essence. Mix this till no lumps remain.

 3.  Now add the melted chocolate and combine this well.

 4. Pass four, baking powder amd baking soda through a sieve and add this to the prepared batter.

 5. Combine this well, you will get a thick batter.

 6. Preheat the oven to 180°C for 5 minutes.

 7. Meanwhile grease and dust a microwave safe tray and transfer the batter into it. Spread it evenly.

 8. Bake this in the oven for 20-23 minutes at 180°C.

Tips:

– Do not over mix the batter.

– You can also add some chocolate chips or chocolate cubes to the batter for some extra texture (I added chocolate chips to mine).

–  You can add some walnuts on the top before putting it in the oven.
